MVT got to work building a PR launch strategy for Oracle that told the story of their expanded title partnership with Red Bull Racing as a new frontier in Formula One technology. We first dug deep into understanding Oracle technology’s critical impact on the team, educating ourselves on how Oracle tech would power the day-to-day team operations in an expanded role for the 2022 seasons.
After doing the research to discover that the Red Bull team’s expanded use of Oracle cloud technology that would consist of analytics-based race strategy, engine development, AI-powered driver training and new fan experiences – we felt like we had the necessary key components of a story to package together a compelling media pitch.
The last step of our planning was to sharpen and finalize a robust yet selective media list of top technology and sports business publications from around the world. MVT’s strong understanding of the sports business/technology media landscape and prominent journalists within the space had us feeling prepared for a meaningful partnership launch in February right on the brink of the start of the 2022 season.
